Well for one,I don't know how long you have had this problem,but usually this problem is caused by a virus or something you ate or drank that din't agree with your system,and has to run iys course,otherwise there are anti diarea medicine over the conter that work great called imodium,other wise seek the doctor if it goes on for more then a couple of days,and drink plenty of water so you don't dehidrate...

How can tell if a jalephino (sp?) pepper will be really hot or "mild?"?
When I make jalphenio poppers on the grill, sometimes they are very mild and others they are very hot. I always make sure I get the membranes and the seeds out. Could it be that the pepper is to ripe and that makes it hot?

Generally, the smaller the chile the hotter it is.

Fiery chiles can be made less fiery by soaking them in warm salt water for a couple of hours.

i am willing to do a research on palm oil. this penicillium sp. is the fungus that infects the seeds. i just wonder does it could be any initiative to do with this fungus.

I am running win xp sp 2 and using internet explorer 7 what are the benefits of going over to mozilla?
im not too happy with my ie and looking for something more reliable and faster.

Firefox lets you customize the browser with extensions and themes (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox... ) more then IE. But there are going to be sites out there that won't work in firefox and some that won't work in IE.
If you haven't, I'd suggest installing it, and giving it a shot, and not worry about any of our opinions. Use it for a little bit and see if you like the interface and if it works on the pages you use most.
