How long does it take for the knee to feel the effects of taking glucosemene(sp)?
I am currently taking 1500 mg a day of the glucose. and condridine. The orthopaedic sugeon said it would take about 6 weeks to see any improvement. He also suggested that I avoid running, walking on a treadmill but walking in a pool would help.
Reply:1500mg.. daily, and dont miss a day..
takes 3-5 months to "notice" and even then it's only marginal. If you happen to miss a few days, (if you miss more then a week) then you will undo what little of improvement you have made....
