How do you transfer your gameboy sp sapphire game to your game to your ds lite diamond and pearl game?

i have some good ones on my sapphire like mudkip but i dont know how to transfer.

How do you transfer your gameboy sp sapphire game to your game to your ds lite diamond and pearl game?
After you beat the Elite Four, go to Pal Park. Pal Park is near the bottom of the map, follow the water route going east and you'll be there. In Pal Park, the person will tell you to choose six pokemon to "migrate". All pokemon you want to transfer have to be in PC boxes or you can't transfer, so put them in the PC and then talk to the guy. Good luck!
Reply:you have to beat the elite 4 first then go 2 pal park which is south then east of the starting town
