Here are the differences (from wikipedia)

there are important differences between the effects of aspirin and those of paracetamol. Prostaglandins participate in the inflammatory response which is why aspirin has been known to trigger symptoms in asthmatics, but paracetamol has no appreciable anti-inflammatory action and hence does not have this side-effect. Furthermore, the COX enzyme also produces thromboxanes, which aid in blood clotting — aspirin reduces blood clotting, but paracetamol does not. Finally, aspirin and the other NSAIDs commonly have detrimental effects on the stomach lining, where prostaglandins serve a protective role, but paracetamol is safe.

and here is another site that explains the differences and why paracetamol is preferred over aspirin.

Reply:Aspirin is Acetyl salicylic acid. Paracetamol is Acetamenophen and is opioid drug.

Reply:Entirely different chemicals. Their only connection is that they are both used as painkillers
Reply:On a note of pedantry, I would like to point out that aspirin is not acetylsalicylic acid. Aspirin is the name given to the acetate ester of acetylsalicylic acid, which is metabolised to give the acid in vivo.

The reason that the ester is used instead of the free acid is to reduce the irritating effects of the acid on the stomach.
Reply:I think there the same but

parcetamol is taken when you've got a cold , and a high temperture and feeling quite unwell, whereas in that situation you wouldn't take a asirin only if you had a headahce.
Reply:aspirin is an acid (acetylsalicylic acid ). If You take it regullarly it might cause stomarch problems.

paracetamol is better because it does not hurt the stomarch.

Sorry I can not answer the other questions.
