Is it possible to remove a service provider lock from a mobile phone? I put my sim card in and it comes up with 'phone disabled, SP lock on', any ideas? The keypad is disabled.

Can an SP lock be removed from a mobile phone?
I'd take it to a phone shop for them to sort out. Or you could try the default settings which are normally set at 1234.
