I know that eating a lot of sugar makes you get them (I found out the hard way!) and its not the bumps on the tongue but the wholes on the inside of your cheek.
So far salt with warm water is not working quite well, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
What is the fastest and most effective way to rid canquer (sp?) sores/mouth sores?
Lemon juice and baking soda. It'll burn like hell, but it's always helped me.
Or else, just gargle with warm water and baking soda.
Reply:Eat yogurt, active cultures in yogurt help heal and prevent cancer mouth sores. Medications can make the pain go away, but not necessarily solve the problem. It has worked for me since I was a child.
Reply:eat vegtables and drink alot of water.. also continue to gargle salt water... a little bit of everything would help, avoid sugar.
